Controlling the display of address/cluster relations

Currently, when expanding an address relation from one address to another, also the corresponding cluster relation is shown. However, when navigating on the address-level, this might clutter the graph with unnecessary information.

Proposed approach:

• when the focus is on an address and a certain address relations is selected, do not show show the cluster relation automatically
• provide a menu item (right click on address relation) that allows the user to add the corresponding cluster relation.
