Remove columns from transaction list for given block.

Visual decluttering: the transactions list for a given ETH block contains columns for height resp. timestamp which of course contain the same data for every line in the list.

eth-heightcolumn

Removing the columns would not remove relevant information, plus the transaction list would then be more like the BTC transactions list.
