Update audit checks since the legacy watershed has passed

Starting from 01.01.2025. the "Legacy Watershed" has passed and some audits have been promoted to MUSTs from SHOULDs.

@enisdenjo I think this might be premature; the spec itself has not been ratified. I think we'll probably punt this forward a few years.
