Translation of documentation into Ukrainian

Hi, I want to translate the documentation for juniper into Ukrainian, maybe later also into Russian. What's the best way to do this?

Good question, we don't have good i18n infrastructure. Is there anything built-in with mdbook?

As far as I know mdbook doesn't have built-in support for i18n, but there is a pull request to implement book localization (rust-lang/mdBook/pull/1306) and I found one external tool for this
