Undelegation fails

Delegated 2K (shows as 50K). Tried to undelegate 1K, but fails.

Undelegating 100 GRT did work. Undelegating 1K on 2 other indexers also worked.

I'm uncertain what happened here.

I added some documentation to the other issue with undelegation weirdness.
