agent: add logs to identifyExpiringAllocations function

This PR added logs to the indentifyExpiringAllocations function to test the hypothesis if the maxAllocationEpochs value wasn't being considered for the calculations, as the user's claims of "Allocations are being closed one epoch after being created".

Investigations falsified the hypothesis, but logs might still prove useful in the future.
