Restart Indexer agent after ETH-node problem

Noticed the following problem: I am using not very stable OE 3.0.1 In case of any problems with the ether node , the agent (and Graph-node) stops working, this is understandable. But when the ETH node came in order (I use watchdog to restart), the Graph-indexer-agent continues to not work and, accordingly, the entire Graph-node also does not work, and this continues until it is manually restarted. I think most indexers have this problem.
