feat: Add `remove` method codegen for mutable entities

This PR introduces remove method generation for mutable entities only. remove method is a wrapper around store.remove. The implementation is similar to save method.

      assert(
        id.kind == ValueKind.STRING,

      store.remove('Account', id.toString());
    }
  }
  ...
}
