[Feature] Add Source and Destination to graphman copy list

Description

The graphman copy list shows all the grafts in progress but there is no source neither destination in the output so we can filter by source or destination

Are you aware of any blockers that must be resolved before implementing this feature? If so, which? Link to any relevant GitHub issues.
