[FEA] client-mode support in sso

We seem to be very close to full client-mode support for SSO
One issue in ArrowUploader seems to be setting PyGraphistry.session.org_name instead of self.session.org_name: https://github.com/graphistry/pygraphistry/blob/d2b21b319d51c1911c43b4ead3ff7ab1b467fbab/graphistry/arrow_uploader.py#L289
It may be worth auditing the main pygraphistry entrypoints as well for dual client/global session support

Noticed in louie. This particular case didn't matter as we directly consume the token and do not care about the set org.
