[DOCS] CosmosDB notebook

We should have an explicit cosmosdb tutorial notebook series:

  • [ ] connection info, incl pk usage
  • [ ] df -> cosmos
  • [ ] query -> cosmos -> graph
  • [ ] node/edge enriching
  • [ ] and viz, of course :)

An internal hub notebook sketches a bunch of these from before we had the integration, which may be a good start
