Rerouting Issue

I have just seen an issue with the rerouting during a test drive. For some reason the rerouting doesn't seem to work.

There was an issue that the wrong key was used for rerouting in the navigation sdk. We should think how we should proceed here. For now this is fixed by passing the gh key as Mapbox key to the Navigation SDK. Better would be to fix this on SDK level.
