Consider creating a web ui / service to configure the endpoint and plugins

Potentially for:

Access Tokens If there was a token endpoint, it should allow managing tokens. (revoking checking apps etc)

Syndication Setup The syndication plugins require tokens to be manually provided at the moment. Would be great if they could provide a UI to log into twitter and grab tokens for example
