Suggestion: Setting a max y-level to use for rendering
As is, maps of the Nether are pretty much useless. We have a rather large Nether hub comprising several tunnels in a more or less server-wide network built on our server and the map renders all kinds of terrain over the tunnels so you basically can't see anything. Setting a maximum y-level on a world would enable us to declare a height within our tunnels so they get rendered clearly.
Was thinking of adding a max-y-level option that would apply for a specific world, but I can see it being more useful to allow applying this for specific renderers. Will be a part of a future PR that will include expanding the render.renderers option to include more customization than just the icon to show for a renderer.
Oh wow, adding it to the renderer options seems way more useful, I appreciate that! Thanks, I'm looking forward to that update.
