Moving into shape with "activate via map note" toggled causes change of visibility of journals in scene

When a drawing with multilevel and the setting "Activate via Map Note" enabled is stepped into by a player, it causes them to be able to see any journals in the scene which they have permissions for. Any permission besides "none" on the journal works to reproduce this bug.

I verified that the bug is present when Multilevel is the only active module

OK, it's only supposed to auto-show journals with permission inside the drawing (so they can easily click on it). I'll see if I can figure out why that's not behaving as expected.
