slow plot does not refresh in adequate time if missed an update

reload should be done not at THIS plot data receive; but ANY plot data receive (when requested) - or even on the "onconnect" data

currently, if the plot is updated each 30 minutes and loses a single update we will look at an outdated plot with an exclamation mark that it has not received anything for the next full half an hour
