full dynamic plot range

this is boring:

need to cut the y-range in case data shows very low dispersion

however, in case of CPU-load, this may be inappropriate even for relatively stable readings.

Need some thought here

we should not only have correct range, but also show last value in case of these types of data. Also, as there will be no visual guide of what does the ax scale look like - there should be more ticks (at least 3 in total I think)

I will consider this a bug, as these data sets are very popular but completely unusable

The problem here might be the same as in #2 - if the CPU percentage is stable at ~100%, or system load stays around 5.00 - that means we should read a "high load" message from the plot, and not a "what is exact trend and value?" or "see that nice line jumping around"

Maybe that should be somehow switchable by user clicking on the plot?

another problem - at very low dispersion we need at least 10-20% of ax still shown here, or we will not even notice the difference:
