[Translate] [Russian] Translate website into Russian
In progress. I will make this PR so that other users can find errors, because trying to find synonyms and not to lose the meaning of the sentence alone is difficult

The time estimation is stated in https://github.com/grammyjs/website/blob/main/TRANSLATING.md#introduction for a reason. Some hosting guides are also rather long. And having everything 100 % translated is just the beginning, the docs are changed several times a week and everything needs to be kept in sync. This is why it is best to have a team of people per language :)
It's ok, I have enough energy and interest in the project to finish the translation and translate the necessary elements in the future alone

@MasedMSD you should still try to find a few people who can review your translations. Our experience with existing translations shows that no translation is perfect the first time, it always needs more than one pair of eyes to iterate on the language, catch mistakes, and find the right words. Translations written by one person alone are comparable to untested, unreviewed code. Sure, might be largely correct, but it's nothing that should be shipped.
Once all these things are decided, it is accepted (albeit not recommended) to sync new changes alone.
I'd love to, but I don't have any programmer friends who are as enthusiastic to check my translations for free. I can only hope that someone will take a look at my commits.
I'll try to reduce the number of errors as much as I can, and the rest will have to be recognized over time

Anyway, I only have 22 files left. I will try to translate them by the 22 July. And then I can try to check the entire translation myself before the end of July
Never mind the deno.land/x/redis error, we are waiting for https://github.com/denoland/deno_registry2/issues/347 and @dcdunkan is probably going to implement a workaround in https://github.com/grammyjs/link-checker in the meantime.

@KnorpelSenf Can I add jokes or phrases from myself to make them understandable to the Russian-speaking community? I don't find word-for-word translation interesting. Although I liked the comments and jokes of the original translation very much.
Yes. It's much more important to get the same content across. If you can convey the same message with a different wording or analogy, please do that. Some jokes only work in English, you can drop them in Russian rather than trying too hard to be funny just because English did it, this would just get awkward. Similarly, if there's a perfect opportunity for a joke or a reference that everyone speaking Russian will understand, feel free to add it. This can greatly improve the reading flow and make it easier to remember the technical content of the documentation.
That being said, it's important that all the code examples stay the same, the headers and structure and warnings and tips and so on shouldn't be removed. A good metric is this: If you have two developers and one of them reads a page in Russian and the other one a page in English, they should have an equal understanding of that page afterwards—down to the technical details.
Note that links to external pages can be adjusted if that improves the link. For example, if the English docs link to an English Wikipedia article, the Russian docs may or may not reference the Russian version of that article. This entirely depends on whether the Russian wiki entry is good enough to explain the concept in question. If we link to YouTube and you know a different video by a different creator who explains the same thing in Russian, you may as well link to that other video.
There's one place where this goes even further. The 404 page contains a bunch of puns that have no relevance. Feel free to insert any decent joke you like (well maybe nothing that is so dark we have to worry). It isn't necessary that this has to do anything with the English version at all, or even that Russian has the same number of strings.
