More file formats for gramex.cache.save

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. gramex.cache.save works only for JSON, CSV, Excel and other pandas output formats. I'd like it to work with YAML, pkl, h5, svg, md, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like gramex.cache.open and gramex.cache.save should support the same file formats.

I'll evaluate this, and try to get it into Milestone 1.65 -- else at least 1.66.
