create an application that

• supports annotations like in Chart annotation utility

• has viewable records like in Chart annotation gallery (with edit options)

• [optionally] supports in-place editing of arbitrary labels like in spacy

• periodically (via schedulers) let users train the models

• make it easy to predict (use models in production)

name the app accordingly
