Allow users to create animated GIFs or videos using comicgen

Users can construct a series of panels, add characters & layers in each, choose a timing, and export the result as an animated GIF or video.

One approach is to use Vivus. It animates strokes. But not all comicgen characters are strokes. Need to explore.
