Why no docker images on docker hub?

I'm wondering why the faust docker image isn't available on docker hub? Isn't it unusual to make the effort of coming up with a Dockerfile, but then tell users to build images themselves instead of providing the ready-to-use image directly on docker hub?

I have looked into this briefly, and the process is documented here, so as a first step it would be necessary to create a Verified Publisher profile.

I know this issue is old, but was checking to see if there was a good prebuilt image for Faust and came across this, didn't want to open a new issue. Docker Hub changed their retention policy and paid plans, so GitHub Container Registry could potentially be a better option now.
