Syntax error: invalid syntax on line 65

I'm trying to run the code and its giving me syntax error on line 65 specifically at (@) ^ SyntaxError. Any reason for it anyone?

You need to use Python 3.6. "@" is a syntax sugar for matrix multiplication.
