Printtyp utilities use ocaml box-printing instead of grainformat printing

While working on printtyp.re and oprint.re to ensure inline records print correctly with Graindoc, I noticed that the formatter never changed any code in the stdlib, even while Graindoc was. This indicates to me that Grainformat isn't using any of the Printtyp utils like it should be (so we aren't needing to duplicate code style changes).
