Crypt client (5.0.3) can stop running randomly

I'm seeing some odd behavior with Crypt 5.0.3, where it will run fine for a while (every 2 minutes) and populate the log, but then it will just randomly stop running.

If I check, launchd both com.apple.security.cryptexd and com.grahamgilbert.crypt are still running, but the log doesn't populate any more, and running sudo /Library/Crypt/checkin manually also doesn't seem to do anything.

But if I log out and log back in again, Crypt will run fine again... for a time.

Any ideas what may be going on here?
