Support `ignoreDefaultArgs:true`

This should disable all options as explained in the playwright documentation

Original ignoreDefaultArgs PR here. It is also important to note that the current k6 documentation already documents this ignoreDefaultArgs but without the boolean value, this is about in the README and in the k6-docs
