[Docs] tempo-distributed mentions invalid settings

In the configure an ingress docs, it talks about a helm chart value of nginx but helm show values grafana/tempo-distributed | grep nginx shows no such key. I believe the intention is around exposing the Jaeger UI, but the docs are not clear enough to say for sure. Overall, it feels that the documentation is lacking clarity around connecting Grafana to Tempo. There is also the concept of a gateway but I have not found any docs that clearly explain what it is used for.
