Error messages in the alerting page are out of date. They refer to cloud alerting, which is no more. We need to update the messaging/links to refer to unified alerting.
Reported by @samjewell. After performing a bulk-update of checks, the list doesn't refresh. This was previously working, so I'm looking into what might have changed.
