Editor role doesn't seem to be enough to list probes

Using Grafana 10.0.3, going to the probe listing page kicks the user back to the welcome page.

The user has Editor role in Grafana. Upgrading to Admin fixes the issue.

I suspect this might be related to access to the SM datasource. I'm not sure what Editor translates to in terms of the fine-grained permissions.

The Synthetic Monitoring datasource was not visible in the datasources list (datasource existed already).

I can't reproduce this. Logging in as an editor, I still have access to the probes page and checks.
