Shorten Adhoc "Date modified" to yyyy-mm-dd

Right now date modified has way too much information and it takes up a lot of space. we should shorten it to yyyy-mm-dd (or some other ordre of those three elements)

yyyy-mm-dd may not be enough, we should have the hour/minutes too.
