Notifications do not stop when escalation to user is done

What went wrong?

What happened:

• When a user in Grafana OnCall "Acknowledge" the page before the "Wait" set in its notifications, it still gets notified by the remaining of the notifications.

What did you expect to happen:

• We expect the notification chain to stop once the user "Acknowledge" the page. For example, the user gets the page by Phone call and Mobile push, "Acknowledges" the page using the Mobile app, it should not get notified by SMS.

How do we reproduce it?

1. In Grafana OnCall, we have a user profile with the following order of notifications:

* Notify by : Phone call
* Notify by: Mobile push important
* Wait: 1 minute(s)
* Notify by: SMS

2. When we go under OnCall > "+ Escalation" and invite a specific user, they get paged accordingly, but if they "Acknowledge" the page before the "Wait: 1 minute", they still get notified by SMS.
