Can't install plugin in specific version since 1.6.1

What went wrong?

What happened:

• Since v1.6.2 I can't install grafana plugin with specified version

Error log : Error: ✗ [plugin.versionNotFound] grafana-oncall-app v1.6.2 either does not exist or is not supported on your system linux-amd64

What did you expect to happen:

• I want to install specifi Oncall plugin according to the Oncall release deployed on my env.

How do we reproduce it?

1. grafana cli plugins install grafana-oncall-app v1.6.2
