Use different messages for Alert Group page for 'no results'/'no integration configured' use-cases

What went wrong?

What happened: At the moment in case user opens AG page w/o alerts, we use the same message for such use-cases:

• no integration installed
• filter applied, no results

That unified message + button causes issue when user misses applied filter and goes to integration to find the problem.

What did you expect to happen: Use different messages for different use-cases.

• no integration configured

• filter applied, no results Will be also nice to have a button to clear filters at this case.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Grafana OnCall and apply filters combination to have 0 AGs.
