Automatically un-acknowledge incidents for engineer ending their shift

When the current on-call engineer ends their shift, I think their acknowledged incidents should be un-acknowledged, so the engineer whose on-call shift starts can take them. The way I recall it, this is how it works with PagerDuty.

I experienced just yesterday that I forgot to un-acknowledge an incident when I went off call, and got reminded late in the evening by OnCall.
