Set different max_query_length values by log query

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a log stream with a very high volume, and another with a very low volume. I want to be able to query the low volume stream for 6-12 months, but I don't want other users to query the high volume stream for that long, due to performance concerns.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a configuration option, like max_query_length, that allows me to set max_query_length by log query/stream.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatively, I could set up a separate Loki stack with it's own storage, but that would be a lot of work.
