Support SSE-C (BYOK) with S3 bucket as storage

We are using Grafana Loki OSS with backend Wasabi storage (S3 compatible storage) Wasabi supports SSE-C bring your own encryption key but it seems Loki configuration does not support it.It will be a good addition though.
