docs: update Promtail doc

What this PR does / why we need it: A user emailed the Grafana docs address today:

"Currently, Promtail can tail logs from two sources: local log files and the systemd journal (on AMD64 machines only)." https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/send-data/promtail/

This is contrary to following pull request that has been released with 2.8.0 (2023-04-04): https://github.com/grafana/loki/pull/8131"
