Describe the bug The release-please action URL was recently changed from https://github.com/google-github-actions/release-please-action to https://github.com/googleapis/release-please-action.

To Reproduce Attempt to create a new release using release-please, such as by running https://github.com/grafana/loki/blob/main/.github/workflows/operator-release-please.yml.

Expected behavior The action should run without error.
