Add `--websocket-debug` similar to `--http-debug`

Feature Description

A--websocket-debug would be very useful to debug websocket connection (I'm using "k6/experimental/websockets"), for example when the connection is failing due to a bad handshake.

Hi @kraktus . It sounds to me like a valuable request. So I'll remove the triage and keep the task open for a future prioritization.
