Please document setup of remote-write credentials on Windows

https://grafana.com/docs/agent/latest/set-up/install-agent-on-windows/ should say something about where remote-write destination and credentials live. Perhaps just a pointer to the page that does describe them.

Ideally also how to protect those credentials from random people with access to the machine.
