Borrowed a friend's Pixel 7 with the Google version of Android, but the settings app remains `com.android.settings` and recreated what I want to create on his device, and it works...

The Pixel 7 is running Android 14 with the 5th March 2024 Security Update, and the 1st February 2024 Google Play System Update

and this project appears to use https://github.com/hardcodet/wpf-notifyicon/tree/develop/src/NotifyIconWpf which has been updated more recently than this project, perhaps the fix is as easy as grabbing the latest version?
