enhanced examples compilation

Hello Graeme,

I have made some improvements of examples. Hoping it will be more accessible and uniform. I do not know if I broke the Lazarus configuration file because I did everything in console.

• Fix the compilation of all examples (if possible)
• Output units and executable in a bin sub-directory by project
• Use more general git ignore rules
• Add a x86_64-win64 target for maximus project
• Add batch script for windows
