Expand CI coverage to other platforms

Tests should run on Windows and maybe macOS.

This can wait for later.

Tried it out but Travis CI doesn't seem to support Java builds on Windows.

The language 'java' is currently unsupported on the Windows Build Environment.

I guess you'd have to set up AppVeyor if you wanted to build on Windows as well.
