Please document all configuration with examples

Can you document all configuration with examples, ideally in the main README.md?

For example connectTimeout and clientTimeout are mentioned in the readme but it is not clear what are the expected time units. I suggest to include an example where you present all possible configuration properties.

It's already mentioned in the migration guide, but I agree it would be good to have it documented also in README.
