Add option to automatically extract native tar distribution to the right places.

As part of #87, an output attribute was added to be able to extract the contents of the distribution. However to get to a meaningful state, the output attribute has to match exactly the output attribute of the project that was included in the tar.

We should so that automatically and provide a boolean extract attribute.
