Backpack size does not change

Issue Description:

The configuration for the mod, specifically the size ones, don't seem to be working.

What happens:

I change the size of backpacks in the config, for example I:sizeBasic=9, but no change occurs when the game is started.

What you expected to happen:

The size of the backpacks to actually change.

Steps to reproduce (important):

1. Open configuration file
2. Change any backpack size value
3. Observe the non-existent effects

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• IronBackpacks: 3.0.8-12
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2828
• Other Conflicting Mods (may be irrelevant to your issue): Unsure as no mods affect container classes, other than possibly LootTweaker but it only modifies loot tables.

I’m having the same issue. Iron Backpacks has been abandoned with only a fraction of the features it used to have. I’d recommend using a different backpack mod.
