Add Smart Restock and Compression Upgrade

I use my backpacks to compress my cobble but when I use the restock upgrade I'd like it to uncompress my cobble to refill my hotbar with a stack of cobble. I realize this could be very tricky so I also propose an alternative to the crafting upgrade, the compression upgrade. Using a different system the backpack would know how to compress and uncompress blocks with a single filter (using only an uncompressed cobble as the filter). The advanced restocking upgrade could, whenever needed, prompt the compression upgrade to uncompress blocks in the compression family in the filter to restock.
