Example not working on https URL

Hi,

curl -x 127.0.0.1:3128 https://ifconfig.me

Ran the example from the readme, verbatim, and it is throwing "curl: (35) LibreSSL/3.3.6: error:1404B42E:SSL routines:ST_CONNECT:tlsv1 alert protocol version".

Retry again with the last version!
