Bulma logo size when setting theme_variant

As soon as I change the theme_variant, I get something ugly:  The Bulma logo is oversized

There is bug in the sample config.toml file show here http://blog.elemnts.org/bulma/ This produces an error: Error: While parsing config: (24, 3): The following key was defined twice: params.theme_variant
