Verbose, duplicated CHANGELOGS

I looked with shock at the generated CHANGELOG from ferry. It seems that an update in either the checkout action or melos broke the CHANGELOG generation and now the same logs are duplicated over and over again.

Even if they are deleted manually, melos will regenerate them. Let's see what we can do about that
